Overview

AarrcTech ("we", "us") operates https://aarrctech.com. This page describes what information we collect when you use our marketing site and contact form, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact submissions — name, email, optional company/interest, and message content you send via the contact form.
• First-party analytics — page path, approximate device/browser, referrer, interaction events (section views and button clicks), a hashed IP (not the raw address), and approximate location derived from IP (country/city) for operational dashboards. We use OpenStreetMap for map display. We do not sell this data.
• Admin accounts — email and name for staff who sign in to the CMS (not public visitors).

How we use it

We use contact details to respond to inquiries and operate our business. Analytics help us understand which pages are useful. Session cookies are used only for authenticated admin access.

Retention

Contact messages are kept in our inbox until archived or deleted by staff. Analytics aggregates may be retained for operational reporting. You may request deletion of a submission by emailing hello@aarrctech.com.

Third parties

Hosting, database, and optional error monitoring (e.g. Sentry) providers may process data as processors under our instruction. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.
